PCB Assembly

Innovating PCB assembly for 70+ years

We've specialized in this work for over seven decades, and we've never stopped improving how it's done.

We take on the full range, from straightforward boards to seriously complex ones and short runs to full production, and we've learned what it takes to be a great partner in this work: engineering insight, real traceability, and communication that keeps you ahead of surprises.

Built for high-mix, low-to-mid volume, on purpose

High-mix, variable-demand production is one of the hardest problems in PCB assembly, and we've built our floors around solving it. Program teams that help you shape a real forecast, data sharing that syncs our build schedule to your actual demand, point-of-use stocking that keeps changeovers fast, and finished-goods kanban for the projects that refuse to follow a forecast.

We've invented assembly processes, not just run them

Our patented process for machine assembly from cut tape launched Screaming Circuits and changed how fast prototypes could be built. That inventive streak still runs the floor. When a build needs a process that doesn't exist yet, we're the kind of shop that builds it.

Every board, traceable down to the component

Lot and serial level, from reel to finished assembly. Every component reel carries a single standardized label, tracked in both our ERP and our machine software. We've built the systems because we're committed to the answer. When a question comes up years from now, it's a lookup, not an investigation.

Capabilities you can count on

  • SMT and through-hole assembly
  • Mixed-technology boards, from low through high volumes
  • Complex SMT including BGA and microBGA
  • Segregated RoHS-compliant and leaded production
  • Functional, electrical, in-circuit, and flying probe testing
  • Production across U.S. and Mexico facilities
