Who We Are
A small shop that never stopped growing
In 1985 this was a 22-person shop in Milwaukee. Today we're hundreds of people across three continents (facilities in Wisconsin, Oregon, and Mexico, sourcing in Singapore, engineering support in India) and one of the longest-established manufacturing service providers in the country. We got here the slow way: one customer relationship at a time.
Mission
Our mission is acceleration.
For customers, we bring innovations to life from prototype to production. We turn their vision into reality and accelerate what's possible through partnership, a commitment to quality, and flexible processes.
For employees, we create opportunities to grow and change. Through continuous learning programs, internal promotions, and a culture of personal care, we accelerate the cycle of abundance for our people and our communities.
Our 70+ years in electronics innovation is powered by our incredible people, from the factory floor to the corporate office, who bring this mission to life each day.
The values that guide everything we do
Values
Being in service to others, to our individual faith, and to our communities is the foundation of what drives us. Taking care of the people we interact with is who we are, and when we empower each other we all thrive. When we create wins for our customers, we will be successful alongside with them. We value each team member as a whole person and honor what is important to them.
We work together across roles and departments, unified by shared purpose and mutual respect.
We take responsibility for our work, our commitments, and our impact on the people around us.
We push past the expected to deliver exceptional results and find new ways to serve our customers and each other.
Our Story
-
1954
Prototype
Born as a design shop: circuit design and board assembly for Wisconsin's mining industry. Every product starts as a good idea. So did we.

1985
First build
Mike Stoehr buys a 22-employee shop with a two-part mission: put customers first, and make this a fulfilling place to work. The spec was set.
-
1991-2003
Ramp
A new Milwaukee facility, a growing national sales network, the start of our lean journey. And in 2003, Screaming Circuits launches with a patented process and reinvents prototype assembly.

2000s-Today
Full production
Oregon, Tecate, Singapore. Full-service scope from design through systems integration, and customer relationships now measured in decades.

Now
Next revision
Second-generation leadership, AS9100 certification, and bigger investments in our people than ever. Products keep improving. So do we.
Our Culture
Great people, on purpose
Investing in people has been part of the mission since 1985, when a fulfilling place to work was written into why this company exists. Today that investment runs through everything; the Milwaukee Way, our own training in how we work and lead; executive development that grows our next generation of leaders; defined career paths; and education support that reaches as far as helping team members earn high school diplomas. And we're expanding all of it, because the people who build your product are the reason it's built well.
Our Footprint
Multiple facilities. One accountable team.
Manufacturing in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Canby, Oregon; and Tecate, Mexico, with sourcing support in Singapore and engineering in India. Redundancy that protects your supply, and nearshore options that shorten it.
